The United States and Britain have done more to translate and spread
the Bible than any other nations on earth. Nevertheless, the knowledge
of what is right and wrong according to God is quickly disappearing from
these nations. The United Stated is now starting to ban the Bible from
schools, courthouses, etc. The television programs, "music" (noise pollution),
and magazines throughout these countries are trying hard to give the impression
that every detestable practice is actually all right.
Even among supposedly religious people there is much fornication, adultery,
divorce and remarriage, etc. Most of the churches in the United States and
Britain that profess to be Christian have actually opposed God's ways from
the beginning. They started off by rejecting the commandments of God in
order to keep their own traditions. A classic example was their rejection
of God's Sabbath in order to practice the unbiblical, pagan-based custom
of Sunday-keeping. Now, their opposition to God and the Bible has grown
and even led to the appointing of homosexual and lesbian ministers in some
churches. It is fitting that Satan's churches should go all the way in their
rebellion against God and show just how depraved they really are.
In 2003, the U.S. Supreme Court decided by a 6-3 ruling to
strike down a Texas law banning homosexual sex saying it was an
unconstitutional violation of privacy. The decision apparently
overturned all laws in the United States banning homosexual sex.
Justice Antonin Scalia wrote a dissenting opinion in which he
warned the judgment "effectively decrees the end of all morals
legislation" in the United States and predicted it could pave the
way for the "judicial imposition of homosexual marriage, as has
recently occurred in Canada." In Canada, Ontario's Court of Appeal
opened the door to the legalization of same-sex marriages on June
10, 2003. Being only the third country in the entire world (after
Belgium and the Netherlands) to do such a thing was a source of
great pride for far too many Canadians.
Some churches already want to marry same-sex couples. Others
don't want to, but fear that the time is coming when they will
be legally forced to do so or face stiff penalties. The Mayors
of Canadian cities can already be given large fines for refusing
to declare "Gay Pride" days. Now, those who were once considered
by the churches to be some of the filthiest perverts around might
soon be judging, ordering around, and punishing the churches that
oppose them. In July 2003, the Vatican issued a document approved
by Pope John Paul that warned Catholic politicians around the world
to oppose the legal recognition of same-sex unions. Canadian Prime
Minister Jean Chretian, a Catholic, ignored it, as did his Catholic
successor, Paul Martin. A poll conducted in Canada indicated that
most Catholics support same-sex marriages. It looks like most
Catholics listen to the Pope only when the Pope teaches unbiblical,
pagan-based traditions and nonesense. When the Pope finally gets
something right, he is openly and proudly rejected. This behavior
reminds one of the people in one part of the world who were said
to be 90% Catholic and 100% Voodoo.
While those who promote the homosexual agenda often try to make
it sound like it is a personal, private matter that doesn't hurt
anyone, and that it is nobody else's business, the facts show
otherwise. In reality, homosexuals want to come out of not only
the closet, but the bedroom as well, and march openly down the
street in "gay pride" parades, and enter the classroom--a place
where the Bible and the Ten Commandments are not supposed to go
anymore. In countries like Canada, homosexual teachers want everyone's
children to be taught their ways, even when the children and their
parents don't want to be taught such vile things. Like the people
of Sodom and Gomorrah, these "funny boys" are not content to keep
their ways to themselves, but want to force them publicly on everyone
else. While homosexuals want other people to be tolerant of their
disgusting ways, they themselves won't tolerate any other beliefs,
and want to squelch all opposition to the homosexual agenda by making
any opposition to it a "hate crime."
The Bible tells the story of Sodom and Gomorrah in Genesis 18:16-19:29.
It also tells the story of the Israelite tribe of Benjamin behaving
shamefully in Judges 19:1-20:48. These historical accounts show
the end results of people not being able to control their perverted
lusts. Read it while you can, before the gay mob gets the Bible
banned--or at least heavily edited--for being "hate literature."
Note well this very interesting comment that the Bible records just
before God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah:
The destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah was a significant thing for
God to show Abraham, especially when one remembers that Herbert
W. Armstrong (HWA) had taught that Britain and the United States
were descended from Ephraim and Manasseh, the two sons of Joseph,
who was the son of Jacob (Israel), who was the son of Isaac, who
was the son of Abraham. The United States and Britain are now in
the process of becoming like Sodom and Gomorrah--actually so
proud of filthy behavior that they march openly down city
streets in "gay pride" parades. These descendants of Abraham's
are ignoring the example of Sodom and Gomorrah.
To give some guidance about what is right and wrong in God's sight,
some text from the book of Leviticus in the Old Testament of the
Bible is reproduced below. It might be good practice to note well
how the things that one sees portrayed by the modern media as being
all right are actually wrong in God's opinion. These and other
laws are discussed in other parts of the Bible too.
Leviticus 18:1-30, NIV
Unlawful Sexual Relations
The LORD said to Moses, "Speak to the Israelites and say to them: 'I
am the LORD your God. You must not do as they do in Egypt, where you
used to live, and you must not do as they do in the land of Canaan,
where I am bringing you. Do not follow their practices. You must
obey my laws and be careful to follow my decrees. I am the LORD your
God. Keep my decrees and laws, for the man who obeys them will live
by them. I am the LORD.
"'No one is to approach any close relative to have sexual relations.
I am the LORD.
"'Do not dishonor your father by having sexual relations with your
mother. She is your mother; do not have relations with her.
"'Do not have sexual relations with your father's wife; that would
dishonor your father.
"'Do not have sexual relations with your sister, either your father's
daughter or your mother's daughter, whether she was born in the same
home or elsewhere.
"'Do not have sexual relations with your son's daughter or your
daughter's daughter; that would dishonor you.
"'Do not have sexual relations with the daughter of your father's
wife, born to your father; she is your sister.
"'Do not have sexual relations with your father's sister; she is
your father's close relative.
"'Do not have sexual relations with your mother's sister, because she
is your mother's close relative.
"'Do not dishonor your father's brother by approaching his wife to
have sexual relations; she is your aunt.
"'Do not have sexual relations with your daughter-in-law. She is your
son's wife; do not have relations with her.
"'Do not have sexual relations with your brother's wife; that would
dishonor your brother.
"'Do not have sexual relations with both a woman and her daughter. Do
not have sexual relations with either her son's daughter or her
daughter's daughter; they are her close relatives. That is
wickedness.
"'Do not take your wife's sister as a rival wife and have sexual
relations with her while your wife is living.
"'Do not approach a woman to have sexual relations during the
uncleanness of her monthly period.
"'Do not have sexual relations with your neighbor's wife and defile
yourself with her.
"'Do not give any of your children to be sacrificed to Molech, for
you must not profane the name of your God. I am the LORD.
"'Do not lie with a man as one lies with a woman; that is detestable.
"'Do not have sexual relations with an animal and defile yourself
with it. A woman must not present herself to an animal to have sexual
relations with it; that is a perversion.
"'Do not defile yourselves in any of these ways, because this is
how the nations that I am going to drive out before you became
defiled. Even the land was defiled; so I punished it for its sin,
and the land vomited out its inhabitants. But you must keep my
decrees and my laws. The native-born and the aliens living among
you must not do any of these detestable things, for all these things
were done by the people who lived in the land before you, and the
land became defiled. And if you defile the land, it will vomit you
out as it vomited out the nations that were before you.
"'Everyone who does any of these detestable things--such persons must
be cut off from their people. Keep my requirements and do not follow
any of the detestable customs that were practiced before you came and
do not defile yourselves with them. I am the LORD your God.'"

the Tent of Meeting for a guilt offering to the LORD. With the ram of
the guilt offering the priest is to make atonement for him before the
LORD for the sin he has committed, and his sin will be forgiven.

its fruit as forbidden. For three years you are to consider it
forbidden; it must not be eaten. In the fourth year all its fruit
will be holy, an offering of praise to the LORD. But in the fifth

Punishments for Sin
The LORD said to Moses,"Say to the Israelites: 'Any Israelite or
any alien living in Israel who gives any of his children to Molech
must be put to death. The people of the community are to stone him.
I will set my face against that man and I will cut him off from his
people; for by giving his children to Molech, he has defiled my sanctuary
and profaned my holy name. If the people of the community close their
eyes when that man gives one of his children to Molech and they fail
to put him to death, I will set my face against that man and his family
and will cut off from their people both him and all who follow him in
prostituting themselves to Molech.
"'I will set my face against the person who turns to mediums and
spiritists to prostitute himself by following them, and I will cut
him off from his people.
"'Consecrate yourselves and be holy, because I am the LORD your God.
Keep my decrees and follow them. I am the LORD, who makes you holy.
"'If anyone curses his father or mother, he must be put to death.
He has cursed his father or his mother, and his blood will be on
his own head.
"'If a man commits adultery with another man's wife--with the wife
of his neighbor--both the adulterer and the adulteress must be put
to death.
"'If a man sleeps with his father's wife, he has dishonored his
father. Both the man and the woman must be put to death; their
blood will be on their own heads.
"'If a man sleeps with his daughter-in-law, both of them must be put
to death. What they have done is a perversion; their blood will be
on their own heads.
"'If a man lies with a man as one lies with a woman, both of them
have done what is detestable. They must be put to death; their blood
will be on their own heads.
"'If a man marries both a woman and her mother, it is wicked. Both
he and they must be burned in the fire, so that no wickedness will

death, and you must kill the animal.
"'If a woman approaches an animal to have sexual relations with it,
kill both the woman and the animal. They must be put to death; their
blood will be on their own heads.
"'If a man marries his sister, the daughter of either his father or
his mother, and they have sexual relations, it is a disgrace. They
must be cut off before the eyes of their people. He has dishonored his
sister and will be held responsible.
"'If a man lies with a woman during her monthly period and has sexual
relations with her, he has exposed the source of her flow, and she has
also uncovered it. Both of them must be cut off from their people.
"'Do not have sexual relations with the sister of either your mother
or your father, for that would dishonor a close relative; both of you
would be held responsible.
"'If a man sleeps with his aunt, he has dishonored his uncle. They
will be held responsible; they will die childless.
"'If a man marries his brother's wife, it is an act of impurity; he
has dishonored his brother. They will be childless.
"'Keep all my decrees and laws and follow them, so that the land
where I am bringing you to live may not vomit you out. You must
not live according to the customs of the nations I am going
to drive out before you. Because they did all these things, I
abhorred them. But I said to you, "You will possess their land;
I will give it to you as an inheritance, a land flowing with milk
and honey." I am the LORD your God, who has set you apart from
the nations.
"'You must therefore make a distinction between clean and unclean
animals and between unclean and clean birds. Do not defile yourselves
by any animal or bird or anything that moves along the ground--those
which I have set apart as unclean for you. You are to be holy to me
because I, the LORD, am holy, and I have set you apart from the
nations to be my own.
"'A man or woman who is a medium or spiritist among you must be put
to death. You are to stone them; their blood will be on their own
